2. Scope

These terms govern individual hypnosis support services provided by Denis Rohleder. The services are intended for adults only.

Sessions may take place at the practice in Maisons-Laffitte or online by video call when this format is appropriate for the request and the situation. A session in another location may be considered by prior agreement, provided that the conditions are compatible with the applicable insurance coverage.

3. Nature of the services

The services are part of a wellbeing, personal support and change process. They are not medical acts, diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions or psychotherapy, and they do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric care when such care is necessary.

No specific result can be guaranteed. Effects may vary according to each person’s situation, involvement and objectives.

4. Fees and payment

Current services and fees are displayed on the main website page. Fees are expressed in euros. VAT is not charged.

For in-person appointments, payment is made at the end of the session. For a first online appointment, payment is due no later than the start of the session. For an online follow-up session, payment is due no later than the end of the session.

5. Booking and cancellation

Appointment requests are made by WhatsApp or SMS. The appointment becomes firm once the date, time and format have been agreed, these terms have been made available, and the client has accepted them.

The client may cancel or postpone free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. For cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment, or in case of absence without notice, the session is due in full.

6. Right of withdrawal

Where the contract is concluded remotely and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, the consumer has 14 days from conclusion of the contract to exercise this right. If the client expressly asks for the service to begin before the end of that period, the client may remain liable for the part of the service already provided.

7. Liability and insurance

The client remains responsible for personal decisions and actions. In case of medical or psychological emergency, the client must contact emergency services or an appropriate healthcare professional.

Denis Rohleder has professional liability insurance with MAIF.
